Knowledge Base

Create a knowledge base for your AI assistant.

Knowledge Base allows you to import various types of content that your AI assistant can learn from and reference when interacting with users. This enables more accurate and contextual responses based on your specific information and documentation.

Importing Content to Knowledge Base

To add content to your AI assistant's knowledge base, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Knowledge Base Settings Knowledge Base

  2. Click the "Upload to Knowledge Base" button to open the import modal Upload to Knowledge Base

  3. Choose from three import options:

    • Upload Files: Import documents, PDFs, and other file types Upload to Knowledge Base

    • Web Pages: Add content from websites by entering URLs Upload to Knowledge Base

    • Google Docs: Import content directly from your Google Drive documents Upload to Knowledge Base

  4. Follow the prompts to complete the import process for your selected content type

Note: You can import multiple sources and types of content to build a comprehensive knowledge base that helps your AI assistant provide more accurate and relevant responses.
